Issue description
Same for the top-level Load/Save menu. The individual Video / Interface / Audio / Control setting windows or the individual Load / Save windows handle window size changes without problems.

In 1.1.2 this results in the sub-window disappearing instead of becoming empty, which is a little better but still not optimal.
Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Start game
  2. Click Options
  3. Resize the window
