Issue description
I've installed arx libertatis and played it. Now when i'm trying to launch it again it crashes and says about Fatal Error and that it can't generate the manifest because it's unable to open report manifest.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Install Arx Libertatis Play this game first time and close it. Then you will get a crash as soon as you will try to launch it second time

Please attach the full log output. You can find arx.log under '%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Arx Libertatis'. Please also don't paraphrase error messages but include the exact error text instead. Either way, that doesn't sound like an error Arx Libertatis would generate so it must be coming from somewhere else.

You said you could play it before. What changed since then? Did you install any other software or driver updates?
