Issue description
This would require not terminating the arx process after collecting the crash information and instead hiding the arx window (and resetting the resolution if we were in fullscreen mode).

Keeping the process alive to allow attaching a debugger might be useful for -DDEVELOPER builds even if gdb is available to allow the user to attach an interactive gdb session.
