Issue description
My initial cfg.ini file wasn't written to disk yet when the crash handler was triggered. When the Crash Reporter tried to send it, it failed... it should probably skip the file silently.
Steps to reproduce this issue
  • Simulate a crash
  • Once in the reporter, delete cfg.ini or arx.log
  • Try to send the report
