Issue description
I noticed that the particle effect during the runes drawing is scaled up and somewhat boxed in a subwindow, by that I mean that if I try to draw a rune right at one of the edges of the screen the particle effect will appear several hundreds of pixels toward the center. At a resolution of 1920x1080 it can get very difficult to draw a rune because the dimension of the particle effect is so big that I have to use the entire screen in order to see what I am doing, while at 640x480 it's all pretty neat. So I don't know if it is possible but it would be better if the particle were not scaled up but maintained its native resolution.
