Issue description
This might also be somewhat present with the D3D renderer, but seems much worse with OpenGL.
Steps to reproduce this issue
Nothing entered.

Seems to be triggered by enabling VSync in video drivers: D3D7Renderer+wine always disables VSync, OpenGLRenderer doesn't change the default

This is most likely a ATI driver issue.

Enabling tripple buffering (which is cleverly hidden under "tear free desktop") fixes it.
