Issue description
When I put an alchemical powder in an empty bottle, as long as the amount of powder in my inventory is >1, the powder goes in the bottle (adding one bottle full of X powder) and the powder quantity falls by one. However when there is only one of the powder left in inventory, the powder is added to the bottle BUT one lot of powder remains. This allows potion duplication, limited only by the amount of glass bottles you possess.

Dropping the powder items on the ground and picking them both back up causes this issue to persist, HOWEVER picking the powder up one at a time and combining it with a bottle causes things to happen as intended!

This occurs with Morning Glory (Blue) and Antidote (purple/pink) powder. Does not happen on 1.1.2. Possible regression?
Steps to reproduce this issue
I will attach a save file.

1) Use recent master build (Does not occur on 1.1.2). 2) Combine one powder with empty bottle. Powder falls by one as it should. 3) Combine final item of powder with bottle. Powder amount stays the same. 4) Drop the powders on the ground. Pick them up one by one and combine with bottle. Issue does not occur.
