Steps to reproduce this issue
Probably not helpful:

Initiated dialog with the guard at the goblin armory after the king sat on the toilet. I spoke to the king first, then realized I forgot to speak to the guard for hero to be able to request entry to the armory.

However, I could not personally reproduce this from my save file. My sound broke up during the dialog, which tells me it was a Windows10 problem since sound break up has happened with other games/videos, but there's absolutely nothing in the Event Viewer.

Here's a pic of the error from the Crash Reporter before I had to manually submit this pages info. Has nothing to do with this bug, but I didn't know where else to submit this pic or report the bug on the Crash Reporter. Sorry if this is in the wrong place.
